Jonathan Lakso - Broker / Owner

Jonathan Lakso is the Broker / Owner of Allied Realty Group, Inc., which is a full-service real estate brokerage firm located in South Florida.

Prior to forming Allied Realty Group, Jonathan was a Series-7 licensed Investment Banker responsible for the origination, structuring, and sale of corporate and municipal debt securities. In addition to structuring and serving as Financial Advisor on several billion dollars of new and refunding corporate and municipal bond issues, he was responsible for investing and performance monitoring of portfolios exceeding $1 billion in value.

Jonathan represents landlords and tenants primarily in the categories of office, industrial and multi-family property. He assists corporate and individual commercial property owners with leasing, asset valuation, property management as well as the acquisition and disposition of assets. He is the 2010 President of the Realtor’s Commercial Alliance of Greater Fort Lauderdale and serves as a Director for the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale. Jonathan is a member of the USGBC Broward Chapter and a member of the USGBC Economic Committee. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a BA degree in Urban and Public Affairs.
